Exclusive Escapes was using Excel spreadsheets, wall calendars and paper to manage their staff. They were challenged with scheduling, time tracking and tracking all their tasks and maintenance.

Leaving behind the paper, they started using Operto Teams with their property management system for end-to-end property management. They find Teams’ master calendar and drag and drop scheduling especially helpful, along with the issue and maintenance tracking.
