Operto Referral Program Terms and Conditions

How it Works
We appreciate referrals! By referring someone to Operto, you agree to the following simple terms:
Who can refer: Anyone!
How to refer: Make a personal email introduction, bcc’ing referrals@operto.com
Reward: If your referral signs a contract with Operto, we’ll send you a gift card ($200 USD or equivalent in account credit.) Your referee gets free onboarding
Eligibility
To qualify for a reward:
- The referred company must be new to Operto and have a minimum of 10 units (not an existing or active lead)
- Your email must be mentioned at the time the demo is booked.
- The deal must close within 180 days of the initial demo request.
- The gift card will be delivered within 90 days of the deal closing.
Conflicting Referrals
If multiple people refer the same company:
- The reward goes to the person whose email was mentioned at demo booking, as long as the deal closes within 180 days.
- If more than 180 days pass and the lead goes cold, a new referral with a different email may be accepted and rewarded if that deal closes.
Additional Notes
- One gift card per closed deal (even if multiple people submit the same lead).
- Operto may accept or reject any referral in its sole discretion, including if the lead is already in our pipeline or otherwise deemed ineligible.
- If the customer cancels within the first 90 days, the reward may not be issued.
- Operto may amend or terminate this program at any time without notice.
- Participation does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, and not to make any claims, promises, or representations on Operto’s behalf. Abuse of the program (e.g. spamming, false referrals, misrepresenting Operto) will disqualify you from receiving rewards.
