2025 Operto Black Friday Campaign

During the Black Friday 2025 campaign, new Operto customers will be entitled to a discount subject to the following terms and conditions.
I. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to promotional offers provided by Operto Guest Technologies (“Operto”). Please read these terms carefully, as they contain important conditions and restrictions on eligibility and offer availability. These terms also explain what happens when these offers end.
The Operto promotional offers (“Promotions”) are subject to Operto’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By participating in any Operto Promotion, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
These Promotions are available to new and existing customers, as outlined below, subject to eligibility requirements.
II. Date and time of the promotion
The Black Friday 2025 campaign will be active from November 19, 2025 at 8:00 AM PT to December 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (hereinafter, the “Validity Period”).
III. Eligibility
To qualify as a “New Customer” and be eligible for Black Friday 2025 discounts, participants must:
- Be a first-time Operto customer with no previous purchases prior to November 19, 2025.
- Book and attend a demo with an Operto sales agent and sign between November 19 and December 5th, 2025.
- Complete the subscription purchase before December 31st, 2025.
To qualify as an “Existing Customer” and be eligible for Black Friday 2025 discounts, participants must:
- Have an active Operto subscription.

IV. Black Friday 2025 offers
The Black Friday 2025 discounts are valid during the Validity Period only. Operto reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
The Black Friday 2025 discounts are not transferable, and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
New Customers
New Customers who meet the eligibility requirements during the Validity Period are entitled to the following benefits:
1. 50% discount
A 50% discount on the annual subscription cost of Operto Teams or Operto Access, applicable for the first billing cycle. This discount is valid until the next renewal date.
2. Free onboarding
Operto will waive the onboarding and implementation fee, valued between $250-$5,000.
Existing Customers
Existing Customers are entitled to a 50% discount if they meet the eligibility requirements during the Validity Period:
- New subscription contract for Operto One;
Customers can opt for month-to-month billing or annual contract upfront.
Discounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
Modifying the characteristics of a subscription (e.g., reducing the number of units, changing the product type, or altering billing frequency) will result in the forfeiture of the discount, and Operto reserves the right to recover any amounts waived under the promotion.
Improper use or fraudulent activity in connection with the Black Friday 2025 promotions may result in immediate cancellation of the offer and account suspension.
V. How to claim the Black Friday 2025 offers
1. New Customers
To claim this promotion, new Customers must book a demo and sign between November 19 and December 5th, 2025.
2. Existing Customers
To claim this promotion, existing customers with an active Operto subscription, must contact their dedicated Operto account manager.

VI. Additional terms
Improper use of the Black Friday 2025 discounts is prohibited and may constitute fraud. Any abuse or fraudulent use of the Black Friday 2025 discounts may result in its cancellation and account suspension.
Operto reminds Customers of the nature and limitations of the Internet and does not accept any responsibility for any occurrences resulting from the Customers connection.
No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or fraudulent use of the Black Friday 2025 discounts. In particular, Operto does not accept responsibility for any damage (whether material or non-material) caused to Customers, to their computer equipment, to data that is stored in them, or to their personal, professional, or commercial activities.
Termination
Operto reserves the right to modify or terminate these promotions at any time without prior notice.
Non-Transferability
Promotional benefits are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
Limitations on Liability
Operto is not responsible for any loss, delays, or issues resulting from participation in these promotions.
Eligibility Proof
Operto reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants, including proof of unit management or active account status.
The Operto.com Terms of Service shall apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Operto reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
